Résumé
Using a selection of writing by dispute resolution theorists and practitioners, this text explores a range of dispute resolution processes—including negotiation, mediation, on-line dispute resolution, evaluative processes, and binding arbitration—and introduces the reader to their practical application, as well as some of the key debates over their use. Examination of dispute resolution processes is framed by an introductory chapter on conflict analysis and a closing chapter on dispute systems design.
